Straddle & Pike Shoot Workshop - Wednesday 23rd July

Time: 17:00 - 18:00

Location: All Hallows High School, PR1 0LN 

Cost: £10 per child

Suitability: Beginner & Intermediate Gymnasts Aged 4+

This is an hour long workshop, where a small group of gymnasts will work with our coaches on a variety of drills & skills to either learn or improve a straddle and/or pike undershoot dismount on the bars.
